Welcome! Silicon Hiland is an ambitious vision to build a world-class technology, science, and innovation hub on the Di Linh Plateau in Vietnam's Lâm Đồng Province, close to Dalat, a favorite bucolic retreat location about 200 km northeast of the capital since the colonial days.

Co-conceptualized in late 2024 by Bùi Kiến Thành, Lê Thăng Long, and Kevin Doan, the proposal aims to develop a Knowledge Special Zone that spans approximately 7,500 km²—making it comparable in scale to Silicon Valley in California.

In a nutshell, the project is defined by several core elements:

The Strategic Corridor: The project centers around a 70–80 km Đà Lạt – Liên Khương – Di Linh Innovation Corridor, envisioned as Vietnam's version of the Palo Alto–Mountain View innovation axis in Silicon Valley.

A "City in Nature" Philosophy: Modeled after Singapore's low-density, sustainable integration, it blends living, working, and research seamlessly with the local natural and agricultural landscape.

Key Pillars of Growth: It focuses on high-tech development, including AI & technology, education, data centers, digital infrastructure, high-quality healthcare, and green/sustainable development.

Current Focus (Forest Nexus): Because the grand 7,500 km² regional master plan is a long-term goal dependent on government approvals, the team is starting small with Forest Nexus.

This is a 2,500-hectare pilot model (comparable in scale to major global innovation clusters like Hsinchu Science Park and Stanford Research Park) located in Đức Trọng to test and demonstrate the integration of the project's key components.
